Pricing FAQ

When am I charged? ▼
You're charged when you start the infrastructure — either manually by clicking "Go Live" or automatically 1 hour before your scheduled event time. The full event fee is charged at that point.
What if my event is shorter or longer than expected? ▼
The base price covers your entire event regardless of duration. Infrastructure is automatically shut down at your scheduled end time (e.g. a "3-hour" event ends 3 hours after start). You can also end it early — you won't be charged extra for going shorter, and the price is fixed so there's no benefit to cutting it short.
Can I cancel after booking? ▼
You can delete an event at any time before infrastructure starts — you won't be charged. Once you've gone live and infrastructure is running, the charge has already processed and is non-refundable.
How does the per-camera add-on work? ▼
Each camera is charged at the per-camera rate — the base price covers everything except cameras. So a 5K with 3 cameras would be the 5K base price plus 3× the per-camera rate. The number of cameras is set when you create the event.
Is bib tracking required? ▼
No — bib tracking is entirely optional. If you don't enable it during event setup, no per-participant fee applies and the AI bib detection pipeline isn't started. You still get full multi-camera streaming and AI camera switching either way.
What counts as a "participant" for bib tracking pricing? ▼
When you enable bib tracking, you enter your expected participant count during event setup. That number is used to calculate the bib tracking fee — it's the number of registered athletes in your event, not the number of people who end up tracked by the AI.
